In order to use Norges Bank as an exchange rate provider we need to configure it. Go to Exchange rate providers form and click New,

Select the Norges Bank Exchange Rate Rest API and click OK

General ledger > Currencies > Configure exchange rate providers

Norges bank will appear in the list, thats it.
