Navigate to Timesheet Extensions in the Cepheo menu. Under setup you can configure Hour balance parameters.
In Hour balance parameters you have to make decisions on the following functions
Number sequences > Hour balance budget
This number sequence is in use for posting hour balance budgets. You can read more about hour balance budgets here. The number sequence for hour balance budget needs no specific logic. If you have a multi company solution where the parameters shall be setup for several legal entities, company code can be applied to differentiate number sequences across legal entities.
